ScaleTrains.com has announced a new run of its popular “Rivet Counter” General Electric ES44 GEVO locomotives. The GE Evolution Series locomotives were first introduced in 2003 and the ES44DC, ES44AC and ET44AC locomotives are among the most successful freight locomotives in American history. They can be found on every Class I railroad.

This second run of ES44 GEVOs from ScaleTrains.com will offer even more road names and paint schemes, including Canadian Pacific, Union Pacific, Kansas City Southern, Ferromex and Citirail. Ferromex will be offered in two paint schemes – the recent green, red and white scheme, and their latest red, gray and white livery. Models of Norfolk Southern’s Heritage ES44ACs are also being released, including Southern, Interstate, Pennsylvania and original Norfolk Southern.  All of the NS Heritage units will feature the latest PTC rooftop details and artwork as currently seen on the real units. .
