Available now from ExactRail LLC are Milwaukee Road’s classic 40-foot rib side boxcars in new road numbers and paint schemes for HO scale. Befitting ExactRail’s “Platinum” product line, this car includes full-length ribs of the proper profile, hand-etched wood grain running boards, panel-type Camel doors, 5-5 Dreadnaught ends and a lumber door. All cars come equipped with factory-installed Kadee #58 couplers, 50 ton Barber S-2 Friction Bearing trucks with 33-inch machined metal wheel sets, free-standing underbody and brake details, wire-form coupler cut levers and more. 

This photo shows some of the end details on ExactRail’s new MILW boxcars, including the wooden roof walks on top of the cars.
